Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone.

I have many blessings, including wonderful family and friends. I hope that you are also blessed.

Well, it's taken me nine months to get back to my blog. Someone could have had a baby in that amount of time. It's hard to have time to be creative, to work, and to blog. I know people do it, though.
I'm finally posting a picture of the snow dying I did in February.

Pictured are two photos from a fabric painting session in the spring. I was going to teach a fabric painting class, and wanted more samples. The one that looks like--well, you tell me what it looks like--was the result of using only one color, brick, and scrunching the fabric before drying.

Next is an example of using some neon paint. It was so bright that I toned it down with a bit of transparent yellow.

Finally is the quilt I did for a "Red" exhibit with Sisters in Cloth. I wanted to use some of the seldom-used fancy stitches on my Bernina 180. The quilt is based on one of my photographs.
I welcome your comments.
